Secoe 600 Training
Training
In order to increase the professionalism within the security industry, in March 2006 the Government introduced new regulations which means that all those working in the security industry have to be in possession of a licence.
In addition to their normal training, security staff have to attend special training centres and pass two examinations to enable them to qualify for a licence.
We at Secoe 600 took up the challenge to provide a training centre by nominating a senior member of staff to attend the security industry training courses to attain the necessary qualifications to teach the various and detailed subjects required by new recruits entering the security industry.
As an authorised security industry training centre, we are able to ensure that all those qualifying will meet the demands and needs of an ever expanding industry with an enhanced degree of professionalism which can only bring benefits to our customers.
Selection of Staff
Our security officers are chosen from men and women mature enough to accept responsibilty yet young enough to possess the required physical stamina. Applicants are screened carefully and details of their education, previous employment, service in HM Forces and general background are thoroughly checked. They receive comprehensive instruction in all aspects of security and defence techniques.
For this type of duty we must provide men and women of the right calibre. Their terms of service are appropriate to the responsibilities that they will be called upon to accept.
